Water Heater leaked while client was out of town. Replaced flooring through out, and remodeled master bath (new vanity, tub, and shower stall).
This bathroom had severe water damage. The mold and hole in the subfloor were found after demo. The hole was under the garden tub. The main support beam that runs the full length of the exterior of the trailer was rotted through. All supports replaced with treated 2x6's and new subfloor installed. Replaced garden tub with stand-up shower system for easier access, vinyl flooring, PVC trim instead wood for future mold resistance, and new vanity.
Client needed extra storage. Extended shed, installed door to connect the 2 spaces, and installed garage door.
One of several hail damaged home repairs. Only took a few pictures but replaced siding on every side of the exterior. Clients also wanted to update their skirting at the same time, so we installed K-ROK skirting in brown.
It all started with a leaky dishwasher. Replaced molded drywall, counter and cabinet, and installed new dishwasher and vinyl plank flooring from kitchen/dining, down hallway and into utility room and the 2nd bath.
Also installed LED shop lights and exterior outlet.
Installed French Doors with encased mini-blinds and 16x20 deck with built in seating.
Client wanted a covered space to hangout in their backyard. 4x4's concreted in, 2x6 base and deck boards all pretreated. Ground underneath covered with visqueen to smother grass.
Client needed to get property ready to rent. Patched holes and reinforced structure behind larger holes. Primed and painted neutral color.
Strong winds brought down an aluminum carport. Repaired holes on exterior of mobile home where previous carport was ripped away and anchored 4x4's to concrete pad. Covered with new galvanized metal.
